First Impressions
"I was warmly greeted from the moment I stepped in the door! The first time I visited, I was met at the door by a Hospitality Greeter. They welcomed me warmly, showed me where to go and invited me to stay for coffee after the service at the Fellowship Hour."
Where are we located?
We are located at 71 North Park Place in Painesville, Ohio. As you circle the square in Painesville, we are on the northeast corner between the Painesville Senior Citizen Building and the Lake County Court House. Please see the map below.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in front of the church, as well as overflow parking lots behind and to the side of the main entrance to the church. Handicapped parking is available along the east side of the building with elevator access to our sanctuary through the atrium entrance.
Where do I go?
Greeters are posted at each entrance to the sanctuary and will gladly answer your questions and show you where to go. As you enter the atrium entrance, located on the east side of the church, you will find a campus map posted inside the lobby and a multimedia bulletin board displaying notices of events and activities and their locations. Should you have any questions, please stop by the Hospitality Desk located in the Circle Room directly off the Sanctuary, and a Church Ambassador will be happy to help you.
What should I wear?
"When I get ready for church on Sunday mornings, sometime I feel like getting dressed up. On other Sundays, I feel like wearing something more casual. What I like about PUMC is that I can just be me and wear whatever I feel comfortable wearing, from a suit to jeans."
